What are the shipping charges?
South Chennai – A delivery charge of INR 20 is applicable on orders below an order value of INR 150. Order value above INR 150 is delivered to you without any delivery cost.
Other Part of Chennai – 15rs/3KM from Velachery been charged.
What is the estimated delivery time?
South Chennai – Delivery is done on the Next day for orders that are done before 11:59 pm.
Other Part of Chennai – Delivery will be done on weekend. The information will be passed to customer.
Special Delivery:- 2 Hours Quick Delivery is available based on Delivery boys availability on south Chennai.
Local Pickup:- Can be picked up on our outlets.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through our own fleet of riders. In some cases, where your pin code is a little outside our primary delivery zone, we use the support of our delivery partners from Zomato, Dunzo or Swiggy.
How are items packaged?
All items are in their natural packaging. Items are sent to you in an organic, recycled paper bag that is able to withstand both, the temperature as well as the weight of the products.
